I've now picked up lunch twice here and have been very satisfied both times. The sopes are really good. Tacos were tasty and burritos really good. The staff is super friendly and things move fast there. You can eat in as well. Lots of smaller tables.
OMG this is my new favorite Mexican take out. I got the chicken taco dinner plate (best chicken tacos I have ever eaten), bf got the enchiladas suizo and both were out of this world good. I picked up for dinner last night and we are actually considering ordering it again tonight. If you like spicy the red hot sauce is BOMB. I ordered extra because I smother my tacos in sauce and there was actually enough to finish the tacos (for some reason I feel most places are reluctant to give me the amount of hot sauce I require, lol) Props to this place. Staff was very pleasant, cute place for pick up or dining in.
We recently moved to the area and our favorite Mexican restaurant recently closed, so we've been on the hunt for the best burritos. Well, I think we've found them. After calling the store (we wanted carry out but the website wouldn't allow us to select), we went in to pick up our steak burritos. They were ready in only about ten minutes. The store is small but bright and extremely clean. No loud music, just a friendly smile when we checked out and a thank you. Now, let's talk about these burritos. The reviews are spot on; there's more protein in one of these burritos than 90% of the places we've tried. Hands down. I mean, next time I'm going to let them know I'd like a little more beans, lol. They were absolutely delicious, the steak was tender, and the greases stayed in the wrapped tortilla, and didn't fall out everywhere. Looking forward to our next meal there!

Fire Burrito is the best mexican food you can get in roselle. I have been 3x in 3 weeks and the food has been consistently excellent. Guac and steak burrito is my go to but have also had the chicken tacos which are great! I believe the portion size for protein is much larger than other mexican restaurants. This place is great for take out of they have a dining area for about 20-30 people i would guess. This is a must try place in the Roselle Area!
We've been to Fire Burrito three times now and usually about now I get disillusioned. Not with Fire Burrito, the food is consistently good every time. I love their ground beef burrito suiza with avocados. My husband is into their el pastor tacos. Yesterday I decided to shake it up and ordered guacamole. Sadly we chowed down so much on the excellent guacamole we barely had room for dinner. This time I got their chili rellenos stuffed with cheese and they were amazing and even better as left overs. Their horchata is wonderful as well. The only thing that would make it perfect is an ice cold beer with dinner.
Already love the service, and we don't even have our food yet. We had been wanting to try this place since our last visit to see family, but they had been closed. Tonight, we drove past again, made a u-turn and called to check they would still take an order and the lady said, "Yeah, we will still take your order; what do you like, burritos, tacos..." I said we are pulling into the lot and will be right in. Mind you, it was 8:54 pm, and their new hours indicated they close at 9 pm . Still, we weren't the only ones walking in to place to go orders moments before close, and I can see why. The food was great! Authentic flavors and decent portions for a good price. We finally received our order about 10 min later, and we were on our way home. We had chicken tacos, pork tacos, rice and beans, and enchiladas, plus being one of the last customers, we got a ton of chips and salsa .
Tried this place finally and am really happy I did. The service is very kind and attentive. They have carry-out and dine-in. The daily lunch specials are $10.99, and it's a good variety. The steak is very flavorful and not greasy as all. The guacamole was ok. I would recommend this place to anyone.
